Basic oil change on G M C Sierra. It took less time to schedule an appointment than previous visits. The actual work time was less than previous oil changes also. As usual however great service and advisor.

They did well on my truck, had a oil change, but forgot to check air in tires and put a sticker on inside of windshield . Also did a 4 wheel alignment the next day. I assume it’s ok, but can’t tell any difference

Always timely and great service. We have two Kolar vehicles a RAV4 and a GMC Sierra and they are serviced in two different shops. Great experience, was out of town and our check engine light came on. Drove right to the dealership and they checked it out to make sure that it was safe to drive. Thankfully it was due to the cold weather and we were on our way in no time. Craig & Kerry made sure all our questions were answered and gave us information to give to our shop when we returned home. I brought my car in for a recall inspection. The issue was taken care of in one visit. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, as always. It wasn't long before I was back on the road again...less than an hour.
We pulled in early for our appointment but the service center was ready, checked us in and started working right away. As always the environment in the waiting area was clean and friendly with drinks and snacks available. The technician went over a few concerns and made the appropriate recommendations. Wonderful service as always.
Pleasant helpful staff. Punctual and on schedule. Comfortable waiting area. Staff greets you as you pull in to receive service. There is no waiting as they immediately answer all questions and start the paperwork. They make sure all questions are answered or find someone knowledgeable in that area of concern.
We only drive GM products and Kolar is part of the reason why. Demien Hansen has treated us as a friend from day one. This is our 4th vehicle purchase through him. The customer service he provides is phenomenal. Any question we have asked, he has answered completely. He made us feel valued as customers and we appreciated all his help. We have never regretted dealing with this company and will continue to do so.
There was a mixup in the appointment date however, the service department did fit me in to have my electrical system and battery tested. The battery was weak and replaced under warranty I'm pleased with the service.
We pulled in and were greeted with all our paperwork ready. The customer service rep was polite and answered all my questions, even looked at a loose piece of interior trim that was added to the work at no charge. The oil change took about 20 minutes and that included making me aware of the nasty interior air filter which was replaced. Kolar is wonderful place to use for service and we recommend the to friends.

Went in for an oil change/tire rotation. My 12th on this vehicle. Work was performed quickly and efficiently. They also notified me of a new recall and did that service as well. Since I will be needing tires before winter. They helped me with several tire pricing options. I'm very pleased with this dealership and will continue to buy and service vehicles here.
